We employ two cutting machines that measure and cut our bagels into 4 oz. patties, ready for spicing and seasoning.
Our cooler holds frozen bagel dough prepared for the week. Many customers order frozen, then boil and bake on their own premises.
Bagels are placed into our bakery tub and boiled for three minutes. Bagels are then placed on trays and readied for baking.
Trays are placed on baking carts and then sent to one of our two baking ovens. Each baking cart can hold over 200 bagels.
We make sure that each bagel is perfect tasting each and every time. We’ve even perfected different baking times and temperatures for each bagel type!
Bagels are brought out of the oven and allowed to cool on baking carts. After all the baking is complete for the night, we start filling customer orders.
Baking carts are lined up and ready for shipment each morning. Our pick, pack and ship line makes sure that every customer order is filled correctly each time.
